OUR PURPOSE
Project RESET is a youth-focused initiative founded by 13-year-old Lienke Uys, to create conversations around the real pressures, challenges and choices young people face.
The purpose is not to tell young people what to think. It is to start conversations, ask questions, share credible information and connect young people with voices that can educate, guide and support them.
Because every young person deserves to feel seen, heard and valued.
RESET
Recognize when something is not working, when pressure is becoming overwhelming or when a different approach may be needed.
REFOCUS
Take a moment to understand what matters. Find perspective. Ask questions. Get credible information. Speak to someone you trust.
RISE
Move forward. Not because everything suddenly becomes easy, but because you have chosen to keep growing, learning and trying.

FOUNDER & YOUTH VOICE
Lienke Uys is a 13-year-old South African student, equestrian athlete, youth radio contributor and advocate from Wellington in the Western Cape. She currently holds the title of Miss Teen Mundial Western Cape and was named Miss Teen Universe Ambassador for Change.
Although young, her life already brings together education, sport, communication and community, all of which have become central to Project RESET.
